UK Shipping
We send most of our smaller parcels out by Royal Mail Signed for Service, Larger Parcels may be delivered by UPS or DPD depending on size. Larger items might incur a higher postage fee but this will be adjusted at the checkout.
We aim to dispatch the items on the same day but during busy times and unusual events this maybe slightly longer.
Overseas
The default price for Overseas orders from the UK is currently set at £40.00. However rates for large homeware items will incur quite large shipping fees many over £100. Please make sure you leave your email and telephone number when ordering outside of the UK as there maybe extra to pay on shipping especially if they are large bulky items. We will get shipping quotes and let you know how much shipping is and you can decide if you would like us to go ahead or cancel the order. All our orders incur a VAT rate of 20% and this maybe refundable to you or can be put against the cost of additional shipping. If you order incurs a smaller fee then we will refund it the amount of extra postage. If we can't fulfil an order because of the cost of shipping we will contact you via email. Please be aware that customs charge will be due when the parcel is delivered.

Returns
We do not offer free returns.
Please inform us that you wish to return any unwanted items within 14 days and then you can return your items up to 30 days for a full refund. Outside of this time we are unable to accept returns. We are always grateful if you can send items back as quickly as possible.
